Refrigerator Repairs in Horison

Diagnosis and repair of refrigerators, including thermostat, defrost and sealed-system faults. In Horison we work on domestic and bar refrigerators, and every job starts with a proper diagnosis rather than a guess. Repairs, installation and maintenance for domestic and commercial refrigeration — fridges, freezers, display coolers, bottle coolers, cold rooms and freezer rooms.

Horison is a large, established residential suburb with a mix of freestanding homes and sectional-title complexes. We also regularly service the surrounding areas — Horison View, Discovery, Wilgeheuwel, Florida — so a technician is often already working nearby.

• The cabinet runs warm or won't pull down to temperature, often from a refrigerant leak, blocked condenser or tired compressor.
• Ice builds up excessively or the unit short-cycles, pointing to a defrost timer, heater or thermostat fault.
• The compressor runs hot or trips out — commonly a start relay, capacitor or condenser airflow issue.
• Door seals fail, gaskets split or condensation pools on the floor, loading the unit and risking stock loss.

• Product temperature is creeping above the safe range or stock is spoiling earlier than it should.
• The compressor runs continuously without reaching set point.
• Frost appears in places it shouldn't, or water leaks from the cabinet.
• The unit is noisy, vibrating or tripping the breaker.

1. 1Diagnosis — we check pressures, temperatures, electrical draw and the defrost cycle to find the true cause.
2. 2Clear quote — the repair and any parts are approved by you before work starts.
3. 3Repair and verify — we fix the fault, recover and recharge refrigerant to the correct charge, then confirm pull-down and holding temperature.
4. 4Report — you get a written note of the repair and any maintenance recommendations.

Most homes in Horison run domestic and bar refrigerators. We help homeowners with honest diagnosis, clear quotes and tidy work — whether it's a single split system, a domestic fridge or a heat pump that's stopped heating water.
