In Horison we work on water-heating and climate heat pumps, and every job starts with a proper diagnosis rather than a guess. Heat pump diagnostics, repairs, installation and maintenance for water heating and climate control in homes and commercial buildings.

Horison is a large, established residential suburb with a mix of freestanding homes and sectional-title complexes. We also regularly service the surrounding areas — Horison View, Discovery, Wilgeheuwel, Florida — so a technician is often already working nearby.

• Water doesn't heat to set point or recovery is slow — often a refrigerant issue, element fault or flow problem.
• The heat pump short-cycles or throws an error code on the controller.
• Strange noises from the compressor or fan, or ice on the evaporator in cold weather.
• High electricity bills as a failing heat pump leans on its backup element.

• Hot water runs out faster than it used to.
• Error lights or fault codes appear on the controller.
• The unit runs but the water stays lukewarm.
• Power consumption rises without another explanation.

1. 1Diagnosis — we read fault codes, check refrigerant pressures, electrical values and water flow.
2. 2Quoted repair — you approve parts and labour before we proceed.
3. 3Repair and test — we restore the unit to spec and confirm heating performance and stable operation.
4. 4Report — you receive a service note and maintenance guidance.
